We are Lara Fritsche and Sally Plöger working together as artist duo Fridge_Plodge based in Essen, Germany. Starting with a strong interest in shape and colour we create pictures, sculptures and installations that play with the materiality and structure of fabrics and other everyday materials. Sometimes fluffy, sometimes shiny textures create a visual haptic in organic forms that evoke a strong feeling of wanting to touch. And some things glow.
